David is a DCU graduate with a master’s degree in business administration. David has over 20 years of experience working within the Facility Management sector, and he brings with him industry experience working at the finest facilities within Ireland. David has been leading and developing teams in multiple sectors that are responsible for delivering full Integrated Facilities Management solutions to their clients.
With more than 10 years of executive leadership to his name David is a natural leader and firmly believes in developing the next generation of leaders. David has extensive industry experience in the Pharmaceutical, Corporate Real Estate and Blue-Chip sectors.
Paudi Reidy | Founder – Director of Operations EMEA
Paudi Reidy is the Director of Operations for EMEA operations, he leads a senior management team in both Ireland, Europe and the Nordics. Paudi has acquired over 20 years’ experience leading teams and delivering full-solution services to sectors such as Data Centres, Industrial Manufacturing and Life Sciences. This is reflected in the dynamism he offers to our business.
John Kinsella | Founder – Technical Director
John Kinsella is the Technical Operations Director; he directs and controls the resources and operations of the technical business. John is responsible for the implementation of policies and procedures, to ensure Enviro FM operates in compliance with ISO 9001 Quality Management Standards.
John continues to develop and maintain the Total Quality Management System and ensure Enviro FM clients are provided with high-performance systems in accordance with code of compliance standards. John has attained over 20 years’ experience working in the European construction industry, delivering solutions to a wide range of sectors including Agri Foods, Data Centres, Logistical Supply Centres and Life Sciences.
